Anyone can submit an opportunity, as long as your are a registered ArtPulse member.

How to Send Your Images

To keep submissions simple and flexible, ArtPulse does not require direct image uploads via the form.

Instead, please share your images using any of the following:

• Google Drive link
• Dropbox link
• WeTransfer link
• Or email: info@artpulse.co.za

Use the link field at the end of the form to paste your shared folder or transfer link.

Please ensure your link is accessible and not restricted or password-protected (unless previously arranged).

Image Format & Quality

We accept standard image formats, including:

• JPG
• PNG
• WebP

Please provide the highest quality versions available. Avoid screenshots where possible, as they reduce clarity and presentation quality.

Image Rights & Usage

By submitting images to ArtPulse, you confirm that:

• You hold the necessary rights or permission to share the images
• You grant ArtPulse permission to display them on the platform and related channels (including editorial and promotional use where applicable)
• All credit information provided (artist, gallery, photographer, or institution) is accurate and complete
