Who can submit events?

Galleries, museums, artist-run spaces, festivals, institutions, curators, and artists participating in public exhibitions, events, screenings, talks, or cultural programmes are welcome to submit listings.

Event Image Submission Guidelines

IMAGE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
IMPORTANT: FILE NAMING REQUIREMENTS

All uploaded images are stored within the ArtPulse media library. To ensure correct identification and accurate attachment to your event listing, files must be clearly named prior to upload.

Please rename image files using one of the following formats:

EventName_GalleryName_01.jpg
GalleryName_EventName_02.jpg
ArtistName_EventName_03.jpg

Examples:
Winter_Show_Smith_Gallery_01.jpg
ABC_Gallery_Group_Exhibition_02.jpg

Files with generic names (e.g. IMG_4587.jpg, DSC_1023.png, Untitled.jpg) may be delayed or excluded from publication due to identification constraints.

FEATURED IMAGE (REQUIRED)

The featured image serves as the primary visual representation of your event across:

  • Event cards

  • Search listings

  • Full-width headers on the event page

Recommended specifications for Feature Image

Orientation: Landscape
Minimum width: 1200px
Ideal size: 1200 × 675 px (16:9)
Format: JPG or PNG or WebP
These are the recommended sizes

Workshops, Art Talks / Art Events – You are welcome to submit portrait orientation

IMAGE QUALITY & RIGHTS

By submitting images, you confirm that:

  • You hold the rights to use and share the images

  • The images may be displayed on ArtPulse and associated platforms

  • Credit details (artist, gallery, photographer) are accurate where provided
