THK Gallery at Art Cologne Palma Mallorca 2026 | Booth P228

THK Gallery, Cape Town will participate in the inaugural edition of Art Cologne Palma Mallorca from 9–12 April 2026, presenting a group exhibition at Booth P228.

The new fair marks a significant expansion of Art Cologne, one of the world’s longest-running art fairs, first established in 1967. The Palma Mallorca edition introduces a new format designed to bring a carefully curated selection of leading national and international galleries to the Balearic Islands.

The initiative is the result of a collaboration between Art Cologne and the Mallorcan gallery association Art Palma Contemporani, with support from the regional government of the Balearic Islands, the government of Mallorca, and the city of Palma.

The fair will be held at the Palau de Congressos de Palma, also known as the Palma Bay Convention Centre. Designed by Spanish architect Francisco Mangado and completed in 2017, the neo-brutalist venue sits on the Bay of Palma waterfront just a short walk from the city centre and the historic cathedral. Its striking architecture and coastal setting provide a distinctive backdrop for this new addition to the international art fair calendar.

For this presentation, THK Gallery will bring together works by artists working across painting, photography and mixed media, reflecting a range of contemporary practices.

Artists included in the presentation are:

Duncan Wylie
Abdus Salaam
Lulama Wolf
Thomas Wachholz
Karla Nixon
Tshepiso Moropa
Trevor Stuurman
Marco Zumbe
Gopal Dagnogo
