Presented as part of the Hermanus FynArts Festival 2026 visual arts programme, Reappearing Forms brings together 32 South African artists in a major contemporary ceramics exhibition exploring the evolving language of form through sculpture, material experimentation, and contemporary ceramic practice.
Set within the Windsor Hotel overlooking Walker Bay, the exhibition reflects the diversity and depth of contemporary South African ceramics, showcasing works that engage with abstraction, narrative, surface, process, and materiality.
The exhibition opens on Saturday 6 June at 09:30 with guest speaker Lella Kondylis and remains open daily from 09:30–16:00 throughout the festival.
