RK Contemporary is seeking a thoughtful and visually driven part-time curator and gallery collaborator to join its evolving contemporary art space in Riebeek Kasteel, Western Cape.
After more than thirteen years of building and shaping the gallery’s presence within the South African contemporary art landscape, the team is looking for someone with a strong visual sensibility and an interest in contemporary art and design, alongside a refined approach to presentation across both physical and digital platforms.
The role may suit a candidate based in Cape Town or elsewhere working remotely, with occasional time spent at the gallery. Experience in curation, gallery practice, writing, artist liaison, and social media management will be advantageous.
